Refund Policy of 7 days:

At iptv smarter pro we want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you have any technical or commercial questions, do not hesitate to contact us. However, if you feel that the service you purchased is not the best fit for your needs and you have attempted to resolve issues with our support staff, we want things to be okay.

While we'd love to know where things went wrong or how we can improve, follow the steps below for a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date.

Also note that we strive to process the refund as quickly as possible. But our payment processor or your financial institution may take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card.

Once you have requested a refund, you may not subscribe to our service at any time in the future.
